ILEC Conference Centre is a conveniently situated adjacent to the Earls Court Exhibition Centre. With 1700sq m of pillar free space, it offers endless possibilities for large conferences and exhibitions. In addition to the massive conference space, the hotel offers 504 bedrooms and 130 parking spaces.
The main London Suite provides flexibility enabling planners to choose from over 30 floor plans to suit events for up to 1200 guests reception style, 1000 seated theatre style or 800 seated banquet style. This impressive 1260 sqm hall is also fitted with state of the art technologies and stylish contemporary decor, perfect for any event. The 5m high ceiling will allow for the most ambitious production combined with in-built LED lighting to fashion various moods or dramatic sets. Additional syndicates rooms, all with natural daylight, are also available as meeting spaces, hospitality lounges or break-out rooms.
The ILEC also provides a dedicated entrance and pre-function area for your guests, plus the option of five syndicate rooms for break-out sessions, organisers’ offices or VIP lounge.

The London Suite is a 1260 sqm hall with a 5m ceiling, and its in-built LED lighting can shape moods or dramatic sets. Over 30 floor plans take 1200 guests reception style, 1000 theatre style or 800 banquet style, so displays across a pillar-free floor can be laid out in whatever way suits the organiser.
Gathering before dinner
Guests have their own dedicated entrance and a pre-function area to gather in. Banquet style, the London Suite seats 800, enough for formal dinners for hundreds to sit together in one hall.
Syndicate rooms for 32 to 550 guests
Rooms 1 to 6 seat 32 to 60, while Rooms 7 and 9 each seat 70 to 180. Combine Rooms 7, 8 and 9 and the space holds 330 seated or 550 standing. All the syndicate rooms have natural daylight and serve as meeting spaces, hospitality lounges or break-out rooms, and the Foyer holds 250 standing.
