The Institute of Contemporary Arts is a legendary venue situated near to Downing Street, The Mall and Piccadilly Circus.

It is an excellent central London venue for corporate conferences. The in-house technical team are more than happy to assist with all your audio/visual and IT needs. They offer a corporate package which includes use of the ICA foyer for registration, the Rochelle Canteen (before 12pm) for morning coffee, the cinema for presentations and the Nash and Brandon rooms for lunch, afternoon tea and break out spaces.

Situated on the first floor of the ICA above the upper gallery are the Grade One listed Nash and Brandon rooms. Light and airy and in direct contrast to the contemporary design of the rest of the ICA, these beautiful rooms are regency in style with elegant period features, including floor to ceiling windows that open out onto three balconies overlooking St James’s Park. These versatile spaces are used regularly for private parties, conferences, weddings, product launches and fashion shows.

I've been working with Carrie for the past 2-3 months to finalise a venue for a 250pax conference we are hosting next year. She was exceptional in putting forward appropriate suggestions and even better at managing our changing requests and circumstances. Nothing was too much trouble.
