We have three highly distinct meeting rooms, each designed to eke out the most brilliant ideas, rouse you to be on the top of your game, or help you impress an audience with your audacious brilliance.
All of our meetings are on the ground floor and benefit from large windows making them light, airy and inviting.

The Empire Room

Get your creative juices flowing in the quirky 60s style room. With huge, colourful bean bags and shelves holding classics games like Pictionary and Twister, it’s like Google HQ. And it’s exactly that kind of mad, uncapped genius we hope to inspire. Fully kitted out with an overhead projector, plasma screen and a large cloakroom space, this is the perfect environment to kick-start artistic genius or entrepreneurial flair and can accommodate up to 26 Boardroom style, or a max of 52 Theatre Style.

The Apollo Room

Adorned in deep swathes of majestic purple, from the comfy office chairs to the plush carpet – this mood soothing room is ideal to host meetings, interviews or auditions. The deep violet adds a little unique K West flavour to proceedings, as does the humorous clock face, sculptural white wallpaper, feature lighting in the ceiling and, of course, state-of-the-art Bose stereo and speakers. More traditional projectors are also available for the serious parts of the presentation. 26 boardroom, or up to 50 theatre.

The Green Room

This airy space is ideal for smaller meetings, training sessions and interviews. Large windows flood the room with natural daylight, while an oval, pine-wood table, sculptural white wallpaper and a limestone floored entrance create a smart stylish environment. The bottle green carpet reveals a hint of K flair, while the modern tech facilities let you reveal yours. Full amenities are available for groups up to 10 boardroom style or 15 theatre style.
