Kings Place has a range of exciting spaces available for meetings, business or social events: a conference, AGM or awards ceremony, a stylish reception, lunch, dinner or press launch and for training or exhibition purposes.
HALL ONE Stunning high specification auditorium, with tiered seating for 420 people. This fantastic venue is ideal for any AGMs, product launches, awards ceremonies and one of our favourite London venues with potential to have separate catering areas to entertain, celebrate and network.
HALL TWO: This is a large flexible room with great acoustic features to deliver the best results when planning for both daytime or evening events up to 220 guests.
BATTLEBRIDGE ROOM: This room has stunning waterside views and can be used for conferences, dinners and smaller events as it can be split into 2 different rooms.
ST PANCRAS ROOM: Built in technology and flexible space are two of the advantages of using the St Pancras Room. Fantastic space for breakfast meetings, workshops and presentations up to 100 delegates.
LIMEHOUSE, WENLOCK & HORSFALL ROOMS: These three rooms are perfect for small boardroom meetings and breakout sessions. Catering and audiovisual equipment are available for any of your events at Limehouse, Wenlock and Horsfall Room.

Our advanced systems can support video conferencing and webcasting and are built around the Barco Encore presentation system with multiple screen capabilities. All projection is high definition, yet all formats can be catered for. All conference and breakout rooms have plasma screens, HD projectors and internet connections to support e-learning, web conferencing and web seminars.
Our two galleries, Kings Place Gallery and Pangolin Gallery, are two unique and interesting spaces in which to host a special event. Both galleries are beautifully designed and offer a sophisticated and modern backdrop to suit either a large or small occasion.
A continuous programme of temporary and touring exhibitions by artists of national and international reputation, as well as less established but promising artists can be admired in Kings Place Art Gallery.
This gallery comprises an intimate enclosed gallery and a large open balcony. The enclosed gallery is ideal for sit down dinners for up to 60 guests and cocktail receptions for 100 people. The gallery’s balcony is great for larger functions, it can accommodate up to 400 people standing or 200 for a formal dinner.
Pangolin London is one of the city’s few galleries dedicated to exhibiting sculpture and since opening in 2008, continues to deliver a rotating exhibition programme of the highest quality.
Parties of up to 80 guests can enjoy an evening reception with drinks, canapés and bowl food in this strikingly artistic space.
