First-floor Event/Exhibition space in the heart of King’s Road, Chelsea, the epicentre of London’s art and fashion scene, buzzing with energy. Within a 10-minute walk from Sloane Square tube station (next to Marks and Spencer’s), and a 14-minutes walk from South Kensington tube station.
Featuring a reception area on the ground floor, with lift to a first floor large open plan flexible space, kitchen, 2 breakout rooms, a terrace, big windows with plenty of natural light and views over the Kings Road, plus acoustics panels to cushion sound. The floor is customisable, can be hired furnished or unfurnished and has flexible terms. The building is run by an arts charity and is shared with artists and other creatives. This is an ideal space for art events/exhibitions, film/photo shoots, conferences etc.
