KOKO
KOKO, situated in Camden, is a renowned live music and events venue with a rich history spanning over a century. Originally opened in 1900 as the Camden Theatre, this Grade II listed Victorian building has undergone significant transformations, including a multimillion-pound restoration completed in 2022, enhancing its status as a premier destination for live performances and private events.
The venue boasts a versatile space spread across four floors, featuring a main auditorium with a capacity of up to 1,500 guests, private balconies, mezzanines overlooking the stage, and a private club equipped with a DJ setup and bar. This flexibility makes KOKO suitable for a wide range of events, from corporate conferences and fashion shows to private parties and live concerts.
KOKO’s state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, combined with its historic charm, provide a unique and immersive experience for attendees. Available to hire from Sundays to Thursdays, the hire fee includes:
- Exclusive use of the theatre from 10am until 1am (optional extended licence to 3am)
- Sound & Lighting package
- Tech Production Manager, Sound Technician and Lighting Technician
- 1 x Venue Manager
- 1 x Event Manager to assist with planning
- 2 x Load in Security Guards
- 2 x Load Out Security Guards
- 1 x Medic during live event hours
- Pre and post cleaning
