MTC Events sits on its own unique campus within the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Centre, giving us access to some of the most pioneering research and development activity happening in Great British Manufacturing today.  We’re the perfect backdrop to really impress your guests and our flexible meeting and exhibition spaces can be used exclusively for those events where you really want to impress!

Our venue is completely flexible and we have everything from a tiered auditorium (seating 250 delegates) to broadcast rooms for hybrid events, along with all the usual meeting and exhibition facilities you would expect to find at a venue as prestigious as ours.  Our restaurant – which overlooks the beautiful sunny terrace with lakeside views – is often booked for evening receptions and awards ceremonies, providing a unique and stunning option to round off any event perfectly.

The combination of exhibition space, tiered auditorium, broadcast room, meeting rooms and restaurant makes MTC Events a unique venue, and the capability to run hybrid events and broadcast online with the hire of the dedicated room provides our guests the opportunity to reach potentially thousands of people.  Being inclusive and sustainable in important to us, so being able to offer the hybrid facility in conjunction with face to face options is really important and we provide on site technical support to assist you every step of the way.  It’s these kind of choices that set us apart from the other venues and helping us to fulfil our commitment to be a Carbon Neutral venue by 2023 and Net Zero by 2030.

Function Fixers is my go to team for support with venue finding. All those of us that work in event organisation know how agile and quick footed you have to be to organise them effectively, as people, agenda, budgets, dates change so easily. This did not phase Theresa one bit...we sent email after email back and forth as my venue brief changed regularly, as did finding the right date. Theresa dealt with it with a level of patience I wish I had! And email conversations were always full of detail and fun. Theresa responded so quickly to my emails, always remaining positive that a venue would fit our needs and she was right. The handover to the venue was done promptly and we are in full swing of event organisation. Thank you Theresa, Heather and FF...we will definitely be back with future venue needs!

This has been an amazing service! Super fast response time and ease of selection of venues. Worked in line with the budget giving the best rates possible to meet our needs. I will definatley use Function fixers again...made the task of finding a venue on a tight budget easy!
