Our two spacious oak beamed barns hold up to 200 theatre style ideal for conferences, with ample space available throughout the venue for smaller meetings, breakout sessions and refreshments. With exclusive use of over 1500m² of flexible creative space, you can be certain of privacy in our inspiring and idyllic setting. Both the Grain Store and Oak Barn are flooded with daylight and feature outstanding views of the surrounding countryside.

The Oak Barn makes Mythe Barn the perfect venue for hire. It features a new beautifully hand crafted oak frame with full height windows to let the natural light flood in. The floor is finished in limestone and a minstrel gallery at the back of the room creates a dramatic effect. Under floor heating and a high ceiling add to the desirability of this wonderful venue.

Surrounded by countryside views the Grain Store makes a great space for larger corporate events. With air conditioning and full height windows on three sides, the outdoors really does seem to come indoors. Six pairs of double doors lead directly onto the terrace and garden beyond. It immediately adjoins the kitchen and is also stunning when used as a dining room.
The Grain Store really adds flexibility to the events venue. In the past it has accommodated staging for bands and presentations, dance floors for evening entertainment and gala diners, translator booths for international corporate events and it is also large enough to house vehicles for product launches or training events.

The Cart Barn is an ‘L’ shaped area and boasts oak roof trusses, bare brick to some walls, roof lights and beautiful beige limestone to the floor. This is the central area within the barn that connects to all of the other spaces throughout. It hosts the bar and is ideal for informal gatherings, receptions and refreshment breaks.

The Hayloft is perfect for small, engaging breakout sessions as part of a conference or event.
Within the main Mythe Barn building, the Hayloft sits above the courtyard on one side, and overlooks beautiful Leicestershire countryside via a balcony on the other. The room features a beautifully hand crafted oak frame and a further breakout space adjacent. The room has full height windows and glass doors opening onto the balcony to allow daylight to flood in. The room offers a cosy environment for clients or delegates.

The Warehouse, a spacious, highly flexible facility – refurbished in 2015 – is adjacent to Mythe Barn and has great potential for exhibitions, bespoke conferences, fashion shows and large scale product launches to name just a few possibilities. The blank canvas facility can be transformed with venue dressing to create a unique venue for your event.
The Warehouse is a separate facility to Mythe Barn with a different style and without the Galloping Gourmet service. It can either be used alongside Mythe Barn to combine two unique spaces, or as a stand-alone venue with the extended freedom to use your own suppliers.
