One Marylebone
Camden, Central London, NW1 4AQ
Carrie’s expert take
“One Marylebone is somewhere I’d suggest when the venue really needs to make an impression. Soane Hall is stunning as it is, but it can also be completely transformed for a launch, dinner or awards event. Having The Galleries, Vaults and garden as well gives you lots of scope to create different stages to the event, from arrival drinks through to dinner and a late-night party. And being opposite Great Portland Street makes it surprisingly easy to get to for such a special venue”
Set moments from Regent’s Park in central London, One Marylebone is a Grade I listed events venue known for its striking architecture and versatile spaces. Operating since 2008, it was named Best Venue for Gala Dinners, Awards or Weddings in 2025.
At its centre is the Soane Hall, a dramatic space with 27ft ceilings that scales from intimate dinners to 800-guest events. Four further spaces, the Galleries, the Vaults, the Garden and the Greenhouses, each bring their own character, from subterranean drama to open-air greenery to intimate private dining, and can be combined so guests move seamlessly from one setting to the next.
The venue hosts weddings, corporate events, brand takeovers, awards ceremonies, gala dinners, Christmas parties and private celebrations. It sits directly opposite Great Portland Street Underground station, with King’s Cross and Euston just five minutes away by taxi, an easy central London location for guests travelling from anywhere.
Catering can be provided in-house by One Dining, who can design bespoke menus for every event, from formal plated dinners to canapés, food stations and cocktail programmes, or clients can choose from a curated list of approved external caterers. Combined with the venue’s own events team, One Marylebone offers a flexible, well-supported point of contact from first enquiry to the event itself.
Few venues in London combine heritage architecture, genuine outdoor space and large-scale production capability so effectively, making One Marylebone a natural choice for events that need real impact
