The House is situated in the ground of Whitelands College at the heart of SW15 and also offers event organisers’ two modern lecture theatres seating up to 300 delegates perfect for conferences, product launches and filming.
The front of the house overlooking Richmond Park offers acres of grounds perfect for team building, fun days and, if the British summer allows, BBQs!
For evening events we can host up to 150 guests for a seated dinner. We work closely with our onsite chefs and suppliers creating seasonal menus and delicious tasting food. Whatever your vision we are on hand to make your event stand out from the crowd.

Chambers Suite and Manresa Hall
The Chambers Suite seats 130 and receives 200, Manresa Hall seats 120 to 150 and receives 200, and Bar Code holds 250 at a reception, giving a party that moves from hall to bar room to build through the evening. The Loyola Room seats 80 and the Richmond Room 50 to 94 for the quieter moments.
The Central Courtyard
The Central Courtyard seats 300 and takes 500 standing, the largest figure in the house, with the Cluttons Corridor adding 150 more. Anyone planning a Christmas party in south west London can use those numbers to gauge the scale.
Two lecture theatres
The William Morris Lecture Theatre seats 300 and the Gilbert Scott Lecture Theatre 150, offering lecture-theatre space for a daytime programme, with five smaller rooms alongside that seat between 30 and 94.
