The Warehouse Studio:
The Warehouse is our largest space. With its exposed brickwork feature wall and central concrete columns, this space never fails to impress! It’s previously been used for a variety of events, from conferences to weddings, to film and photo shoots, product launches, fashion shows and parties.

The Warehouse, 800 standing
The largest room has an exposed brickwork feature wall and central concrete columns, and holds 800 standing or 300 to 400 seated. An LED back screen, ceiling screens, a Funktion-One sound system and 1GB fibre broadband mean Pennington Street conference days have the technology to hand, while a large loading bay allows drive-in access.
The Black Studio after dark
Blackout conditions, a DJ booth, mappable LED strips and a Funktion-One sound system define the Black Studio, which takes 170 seated or 400 standing. Stormzy held his album launch here, and the private, secluded feel suits clients who want late-night parties away from the public eye.
Onyx Bar for small gatherings
At 109 sqm, the Onyx Bar centres on a bespoke onyx-clad bar and holds 80 seated or 160 standing, with natural daylight and direct load-in. It gives smaller gatherings and private parties a chic, boutique-style setting.

Air conditioning, three-phase power and 1GB fibre broadband run through the studios, so events drawing delegates from across the capital can start at 80 seated in the Onyx Bar and scale up to 400 in the Warehouse.
