Phoenix Community Garden
The Phoenix Community Garden is a haven in the West End of London which is available to hire for a range of corporate events.
Our RIBA Award-winning community building (2021), designed by architect Gurmeet Sian and completed in 2016, offers a purpose-built space for our charity’s activities. It supports everything from events and volunteer days to educational workshops and community programs.
Sustainably designed, the building is super-insulated and heated with an air-source heat pump. It features a biodiverse brown roof, a rooftop propagation area, and a rainwater harvesting system—all contributing to our environmental goals.
The building is fully accessible from both Stacey Street and the Garden, with two bathrooms (including one fully accessible) and a compact but well-equipped kitchenette, featuring an oven, microwave, fridge freezer, boiling water tap, and dishwasher.
Flooded with natural light from skylights and four sets of double doors that open directly into the garden, the space offers a bright, welcoming atmosphere that connects seamlessly with the outdoors.
