Project House is a new warehouse style events venue in Leeds.

It is a versatile event space that can play host to a diverse array of activities, including music, markets, exhibitions, conferences, and parties.

In addition to its innovative programming, this venue boasts a spacious, adaptable event space with a 1,000-person capacity, complete with a comprehensive PA and lighting system. Its minimalist interior design, along with a range of in-house equipment, makes it an ideal choice for accommodating conferences, exhibitions, markets, weddings, meetings, and various other events.

Facilities include:

• Exclusive use of the Project House event space and outdoor yard area
• Room access full day from 9am with 11pm*, load out by 8am following day
• Event manager for the duration of the day from load in to load out
• Use of small conference PA system suitable for delivering speeches and presentations
• 2 x security staff for capacities of up to 200
• Bar staff booked at the venue’s discretion dependent on expected numbers
• 2 x stage dressing rooms
• Secure parking (limited, please discuss requirements)
• *1am curfew extension for up to 200 people available upon request
