Events & Hospitality QM is the in-house events and hospitality brand of Queen Mary University of London, offering over 100 venues for hire from just £39 per delegate in three ideal locations; the City of London, Mile End and Whitechapel.
In addition to our meeting facilities, we have over 1,000 ensuite bedrooms on campus (available mid-June to mid-September) providing a perfect solution for anyone wanting to host a residential conference in the capital. We also have a dedicated in-house catering and hospitality team who are able to provide bespoke menus for any event.
We specialise in versatility and great value to help make your event a success. Located across 3 sites in central London, our facilities can host 10 – 800 guests, with residential accommodation available from mid-June to mid-September.

With a dedicated team on hand to coordinate every aspect of your event, we are confident this site will have something to meet your needs.
The varied venues at Mile End are suitable for anything from meetings and conferences, through to gala dinners, exhibitions, examinations and networking.
Events & Hospitality QM’s Whitechapel site offers award winning architecture combined with traditional academic buildings. The Whitechapel site is home to the contemporary and much loved Blizard building, with lecture facilities for up to 400, alongside the traditional Victorian styling of the Garrod Building with a mix of lecture and seminar rooms and the contemporary Innovation Centre.
This site is ideal for those wanting stand-alone facilities in one building, especially those looking for facilities with a medical or dental connection.
Events & Hospitality QM’s Charterhouse Square site offers facilities around a central lawn in the heart of the City of London; providing an oasis away from the hectic city streets. Suitable for events needing a lecture theatre or smaller meeting room, facilities include the historic Dean Rees House. We are sure this site will provide your guests with an inspiring and relaxing backdrop for your next event.
Events & Hospitality QM’s West Smithfield site offers dedicated event facilities within one building, which is located within the grounds of St. Bartholomew’s hospital. The Robin Brook Centre is ideal for those seeking smaller training or meeting facilities in a central London location within zone 1.
