The Richmond Hill Hotel, a grade II listed building incorporating an impressive Georgian manor dating back to 1726, is one of the finest venues in Richmond for civil ceremonies and wedding receptions. Whether you require a small elegant ceremony to a more lavish celebration for up to 250 guests the hotel has a range of beautiful function suites that are suitable for your big day. From an intimate, atmospheric oak panelled ceremony room featuring original artwork to a spectacular Ballroom with sweeping sash windows and magnificent chandeliers, the choice is yours. Richmond Hill Hotel is a corporate venue of distinction – perfect for everything from a small syndicate workshop to major residential conferences, corporate celebrations and spectacular exhibitions. Fourteen meeting and function rooms are available, with the largest accommodating up to 250 guests for a reception buffet, whilst the others seat between 2 – 180 theatre style. A wide range of private rooms and dedicated business studios are also available. Our in-house professional coordinators are always on hand to ensure your business event or special occasion runs smoothly. All conference and meeting rooms at Richmond Hill Hotel offer natural daylight, air conditioning with Free WiFi Internet Access.

      I need to find a venue large enough to host a group for Easter Retreat. We was beginning to worry that we would not be able to host it in  England which would have meant taking it to America or Canada. However we where saved by the Bell by Heather from function fixers, she was the groups shining armer in this case. Heather was able to come up with three or four options that was large enough to host the group also flexible to the groups need. Heather was able to do all the stressful part of negotiations with the venues right to the end and all our group did was to agree with the venue on the date the booking payment was needed We are extremely grateful for all that Heather did for us and would recommend Heather to anyone looking for a venue for any occasion so leaving yourselves stress free to enjoy your day.       I've been working with Carrie for the past 2-3 months to finalise a venue for a 250pax conference we are hosting next year.  She was exceptional in putting forward appropriate suggestions and even better at managing our changing requests and circumstances.  Nothing was too much trouble.
