Seventy7 Studios is a state of the art studio & event space in the heart of Manchester.

Boasting 3 individual, modern and fully equipped studio spaces, this multi-purpose location is based just a short walk from Piccadilly station.

Studio 2 has the perfect combination of a stripped beech floor, 16ft high ceiling and clean white walls, making it an incredible blank canvas for your event or studio needs. Situated on the ground floor, it has a roller shutter door that opens out onto the private car park and a large entrance that you can actually drive through.

As a former Victorian schoolhouse, Studio 3 still holds its incredible original features, making it a great working environment. Situated on the first floor, there are 2 changing rooms and 2 entrances to Studio 3. These can be closed off for a self-contained studio or event space.

Studio 4 provides a light, open space capable of accommodating a cross-section of shoots or events – from small select ranges of food to high volume fashion. With oversized double doors that open directly onto the car park, this is an ideal event space.

Studios 3 & 4 are linked by a spiral staircase, creating a great split space perfect for events requiring break-out rooms or multiple spaces.

Three modern, fully equipped studio spaces make up Seventy7 in central Manchester, with a brief walk from Piccadilly station for anyone arriving by rail.

A stripped beech floor and 16ft ceiling

Studio 2 has a stripped beech floor, a 16ft ceiling and clean white walls, a clean starting point for event or studio needs. A roller shutter door on the ground floor opens onto the private car park and the large entrance can be driven through, so sets and kit arrive easily and teams get a blank slate to style as the work requires.

Victorian schoolhouse character

Studio 3 is a former Victorian schoolhouse that still holds its original features. Upstairs, with 2 changing rooms and 2 entrances that can be closed off, it becomes a self-contained event room seating 63 to 126.

Studio 4 and the spiral staircase

Studio 4 is a light, open space that copes with a cross-section of shoots or events, from small select ranges of food to high volume fashion, and its oversized double doors open directly onto the car park. A spiral staircase links Studios 3 and 4 into a split space for events needing break-out rooms or multiple spaces.

Studio 2 takes 91 to 178 seated and 188 standing, Studio 3 takes 63 to 126 seated and 133, and Studio 4 takes 56 to 102 seated and 111.
