The Threshing Barn

Our 400 year old oak-beamed barn is full of charm and character – ideal for small to mid-size conferences, workshops or team-building sessions. The adjoining Hen House, with its comfy seating and fully licensed bar, is perfect for welcome drinks, breakout sessions, or more focused round-table meetings. Just outside, a spacious courtyard offers room for outdoor working or a well-earned break in the fresh country air.

Hen House

Tucked just off the Hampshire Threshing Barn, the Hen House is a cosy little hideaway that’s perfect for smaller gathering. It can seat up to 18 people around the table for a meeting, or serve as a charming breakout space for drinks and coffee when using the Hampshire Threshing Barn. With comfy seating and it’s own licensed bar, it’s ideal for welcome drinks, informal catch-ups or a quiet moment to recharge.

The Cow Shed

A bright, open-plan space filled with natural light, the Cow Shed is a versatile space for larger conferences, keynote sessions, product launches, and dinner celebrations. With full air conditioning, huge windows and doors, and a relaxed lounge-style seating area alongside a fully licensed bar, it offers both functionality and comfort. Step outside onto the terrace, overlooking the kitchen garden – perfect for breaks, networking or al fresco moments between sessions.

The Dutch Barn

The Dutch Barn offers the ultimate indoor-outdoor experience – open to the elements yet thoughtfully covered to keep the English weather at bay. Surrounded by countryside views, it’s an inspiring space for al fresco dining, team socials or relaxed networking. At the heart of the barn is out outdoor kitchen, complete with a bespoke grill and wood-fired pizza oven – perfect for open-air cooking, laid-back feasting and a touch of culinary theatre.

The Barn House
Once an old grain store, our Barn House has been beautifully transformed into a spacious six bedroom retreat overlooking the manicured gardens and Hampshire Threshing Barn. The open-plan kitchen and living area is flooded with natural light – an ideal setting for team meetings, brainstorming sessions, or relaxed catch-ups over lunch. With plenty of room to think, create and connect, it’s a versatile space designed to inspire.

The Farmhouse
Bright, spacious and full of countryside charm, the Farmhouse offers a relaxed yet well-equipped setting for smaller team sessions. The kitchen comes with everything you need – including a smart TV screen –and the large farmhouse table comfortably seats up to 12 for collaborative work or shared meals. Head to the generous living room or the cosy snug for breakout discussions or quieter moments and make the most of the beautiful gardens – perfect for fresh-air thinking or informal team activities.

The Granary

A standalone stone cottage with unique architecture and cosy interiors – double bedroom with ensuite.

The Drift & Pyggies

Tucked in the heart of Silchester Farm, the Drift is home to 9 luxurious Pyggies – beautifully crafted, people-sized pig arcs designed for a peaceful stay. each one is thoughtfully fitted with a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious ensuite with a rainfall shower, a kitchenette, TV and a cosy seating area.
