The Conference Suite comprises the Entrance Hall, Meeting Room, and Council Room—which are fitted with state-of-the-art presentation facilities. The rooms can be hired individually or together for seminars, conferences or study days with up to 105 participants in attendance. When the Conference Suite is hired, the Entrance Hall is frequently used for registration and mingling, the Council Room for refreshments and the Meeting Room for lectures or presentations.
The Meeting Room has state-of-the-art presentation facilities. A mobile 50-inch plasma screen is available to broadcast the speaker and presentation media from the Meeting Room to overflow guests, or for video conferencing in the Council Room. Wifi connectivity can be arranged for all the meeting rooms.
We can supply AV support to assist with the setup, operation and removal of equipment for your event.
