The Circle offers a wide range of conference and meeting rooms.

Available for hire during the day, evening and at weekends, our rooms are ideal for a variety of events and activities – conferences; meetings; training courses; workshops; IT training; networking; exhibitions; lectures; interviews; assessments.  The Circle is a fully accessible building with onsite disabled parking, induction loop, and lift access to all floors.

The Conference Suite is a versatile space, available as a full suite or as 2 separate rooms. It is a great space for conferences, lectures and award ceremonies, as well as exhibitions and trade fairs. At full capacity the Suite holds up to 110 people, and a sound-proof partition wall allows the Suite to be split into 2 smaller rooms, each holding up to 50 people – ideal for workshops, seminars and training courses.

The Gallery is spacious, versatile and stylish, showing contemporary art exhibitions throughout the year. The space can be used for relaxing during lunch and refreshment breaks when using the Conference Suite which it adjoins, and is perfect for launch events, drinks receptions, networking events and stall-holder events.

The Circle’s meeting and training rooms hold up to 10-25 seated guests. The rooms are ideal for workshops, training sessions, private meetings, or can be used as a break-out room from the Conference Suite. We have a number of smaller rooms that can be used for interviews or small team meetings (for up to 6 people), and we can adapt the layout and furniture accordingly.
