The Counting House
Built in 1893 as a magnificent banking hall, the aptly named Counting House oozes 19th Century grandeur. With chandeliers and high domed ceiling, plus plenty of the old fixtures and fittings still here, it’s a stunning place to stop by for a pie and a pint.
Our much-loved menu is traditionally English, with pies a real speciality and a great selection of other meals available like beer battered fish & chips and London Pride sausages with mash.
Drinks-wise, there’s always plenty of exceptional cask ales on, along with a range of other draught beers, fine wines and spirits.
