This homely pub is a treat come rain or shine, with its cosy dining room serving quality traditional pub food all day every day. Sip on a glass of wine whilst laying down words in a game of scrabble, or settle down for a Sunday Lunch whilst mulling over a defensive backgammon move.

The food is exceptional as described by one food critic from the Standard who thought her starter was “a heavenly branch of vine tomatoes, so beautifully roasted to a sticky toffee-sweetness, that even the stalks were a treat to crunch”.
