The Granary Estates offers two of the most beautiful countryside venues to be found on the Suffolk / Cambridgeshire border. Both venues combine luxury and professional services making sure your event- whether it be a romantic Wedding, special occasion party, memorable conference or an eye catching exhibition, an event to remember. The two locations are within a few miles of each other and comprise of the beautifully renovated Granary Barns at Woodditton and the large sporting area of The Polo Club in Dullingham. Each venue is within a few miles of Newmarket itself and only 15 miles from Cambridge. We are easily accessible by road or public transport and are within easy reach of both the A14 and A11 commuter routes.

The Granary Barns were opened for 2013, and this award winning venue is a must see destination. The Granary Barns themselves are to be found set back from all the hustle and bustle on the family farm, surrounded by typical Suffolk countryside including established trees, pasture and farmland. The restoration of this beautiful barn was completed in the spring of 2013 and has been in high demand ever since. Due to the barns being family owned and run we take great pride in not only the high standard to which the barns have been finished but also with the continuing upkeep of the growing business. We are passionate about keeping the venue fresh with new ideas and exciting additions. We want anyone who visits or uses the barns to feel at home. We offer exclusive use of the Granary Barns to make sure that you are the most important person on that day.

Our other venue is the Polo Club. Here is where The Granary Estates first came into being with organising Polo matches, charity fundraisers and marquee Weddings. In comparison The Polo Club is a much more relaxed and open plan venue than the Granary Barns but still offers total exclusivity to you and your event. Set within 32 acres of grassland and sporting pavilion in the centre The Polo Club is truly a blank canvas awaiting your own special interpretation.
