Our nine meeting and event rooms on the first floor at The Grosvenor Hotel offer you a unique blend of peace and quiet, period detail, natural light and up-to-the-minute technology.
Our largest space is the dramatic Orient Suite – a grand Victorian function room, with high ceilings, rich décor and glittering chandeliers, which can accommodate up to 150 guests. We also have eight smaller rooms suitable for board and team meetings, training sessions, presentations, interviews and private dining.

We believe that on this of all days, you should be able to have exactly what you want. Our selection of function rooms allows you to choose precisely the space, ambiance and facilities your guest-list and wedding theme demand.
For a small, intimate gathering, we recommend The Viceroy Room, seating just 30 people for banqueting. For a grander reception, the magnificent Orient Suite has space for up to 150 guests and, with its high ceilings, glittering chandeliers and authentic period details, a real sense of theatre.
