The Gun

The Gun is a Grade II listed riverside pub which dates back to the early 18th century. It is situated on the banks of the Thames in Docklands and is directly across the water from the Millennium Dome and a stone’s throw away from Canary Wharf. The Gun has a 40 cover dining room in the main bar, a back bar with two snugs, two private dining rooms and a fabulous riverside terrace that seats 50.
Areas of the pub are available for private hire for parties of 6 up to 200. The Red Room, a snug at the back of the pub provides the perfect space for parties up to 30, it boasts an open fire and a fantastic view over the Thames. We also hire out parts of our heated terrace for parties up to 90, or you can combine The Red Room, Cabin Room and a part of the terrace to get the ideal space for parties up to 140. For wedding receptions The Gun can be hired exclusively on Saturdays.
