Interior and Spaces for Hire: Product launches, conferences, seminars, AGMs, away-days, breakfast meetings, private screenings, teambuilding, birthday parties, christenings, wedding receptions – we’ve had them all here, and now we’re even licensed for civil partnerships in the stunning setting of their 77-seater auditorium!

We work with a selection of truly fabulous local catering partners and can offer anything from high tea, to buffets and BBQ’s to a full blown three-course, sit-down dinner. Their menu will be created especially for you.

Our flexible auditorium means that we can literally move rows of seats for you to create the perfect space. Whether it’s for a board meeting, buffet or even a live band, we can tailor the venue to suit your specific needs. And we don’t just do films; we’ve also had live music, dancing, burlesque art and theatre!

Our private fully licensed bar, Josh on the Rocks offers an extensive wine list hand picked by Tony Laithwaite, and features some exquisite bottles from around the world.

No request is too big or too much trouble; you even get your very own event planner on hand to help you plan your event and be there on the day to ensure that everything is under control…what a relief!

Conferences – The Lexi provides a stimulating venue for conferences. With spacious and comfortable seating for up to 77, the venue is still intimate enough for everyone to be seen and heard. We offer high quality projection of your PowerPoint presentation or films and can even move seating around, order in equipment, provide you with all the food and drink you require plus you get your very own personal party planner to take care of all of the above.

Training days – The Lexi provides un-intimidating and exciting space for a training or team building day. You can project from laptop, dvd or hard drive and then review material on the state of the art cinema screen.

Board Meetings – The Lexi is the perfect place to review your weekly, monthly or annual material. We can provide high quality projection and sound to connect to your laptop, hard drive or disc, great catering and even happy smiley staff to accommodate all of your requirements.

Weddings and Christenings – not only can they provide a stunning and unique venue that is sure to impress your guests but will help you every step of the way.
