The Royal Institution’s Grade 1 listed building is one of the most inspiring and versatile venues in Mayfair.

With traditional Georgian spaces combined with flexible contemporary areas gives an exciting space to suit a multitude of events for a wide range of clients. Whether it be a dinner party, networking event, conference, wedding or small business meeting we have the right space for you. We can cater for anything between two and 400 people.
From the five floor glass Atrium to the 200 year old theatre the RI has an impressive portfolio of flexible spaces in a great central location. Our traditional Library and Writing Room are flooded with natural daylight, with floor to ceiling windows looking out onto Albemarle Street. For a striking setting why not get a feel for the outdoors from inside our bright glass Atrium; the perfect spot for cocktails and canapes.

I need to find a venue large enough to host a group for Easter Retreat. We was beginning to worry that we would not be able to host it in  England which would have meant taking it to America or Canada. However we where saved by the Bell by Heather from function fixers, she was the groups shining armer in this case. Heather was able to come up with three or four options that was large enough to host the group also flexible to the groups need. Heather was able to do all the stressful part of negotiations with the venues right to the end and all our group did was to agree with the venue on the date the booking payment was needed We are extremely grateful for all that Heather did for us and would recommend Heather to anyone looking for a venue for any occasion so leaving yourselves stress free to enjoy your day. I've been working with Carrie for the past 2-3 months to finalise a venue for a 250pax conference we are hosting next year.  She was exceptional in putting forward appropriate suggestions and even better at managing our changing requests and circumstances.  Nothing was too much trouble.
