Across Bayswater Road in Hyde Park are the Kensington gardens from which we take our name. These gardens were the pet project of Queen Anne. And from many of our recently refurbished bedrooms, including 37 Executive rooms, you’ll enjoy superb views over her magnificent creation. London traffic wardens are notoriously diligent, so you’ll be glad to learn we have on-site car parking available at a modest additional charge.

For your Hyde Park business meetings or special events in Notting Hill, Thistle Kensington Gardens can accommodate 45 people theatre style in the largest of our four meeting rooms, making us a popular meeting and special events venue. For intimate weddings, Thistle Kensignton Park has the perfect setting for the elegant London wedding reception with a backdrop of Hyde Park and the Kensington Palace and Gardens..

And there’s no shortage of things to do, with London’s bustling West End nearby just a short cab, bus or tube ride away, or a 15 minute walk.
