Set in the pretty village of Southrop in the Cotswolds, Thyme comprises a boutique hotel and cottages, a cookery school and some beautiful meeting spaces.  The hotel itself has 23 beautifully appointed bedrooms, but there are a further 15 bedrooms available in cottages in the village.

The hotel make a perfect retreat for corporate meetings, team building and much more.  Delicious food is prepared using fresh produce from the hotel’s kitchen garden.

It is also a perfect location for social events, family get-togethers and celebrations.  No expense has been spared on the interior design of Thyme, making it one of the nicest boutique hotels in Gloucestershire.
