Warbrook House and Grange built by the 18th century architect John James, is tucked away in the middle of 130 acres of spectacular woodland and manicured parks on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. But despite its seclusion, this Grade I listed mansion house couldn’t be easier to get to – Heathrow Airport, the M3 and M4 are nearby, plus fast rail links to London’s Paddington and Waterloo stations from nearby Reading. As you reach the end of the tree-lined driveway, Warbrook House sweeps into view: a magnificent Grade I listed mansion set in 130 acres of Grade II listed gardens, complete with its very own Versailles style canal.

With this much space to think in, it’s a great spot for opening the mind and expanding horizons, whether you’re holding a one-to-one meeting or a training course. We’ve 8 fully-equipped, high-tech meeting rooms, all with free wireless Internet access – and an expert team to create the perfect bespoke business event solution for you. Whatever you need, we can provide, including chances to wind down at the end of the business day, with a walk or a game of croquet in our grounds.
