Venue Introduction

Join us here on our 21 acre slice of Eden. In the heart of the Norfolk countryside our tree-houses and bell tents are each individually and lovingly designed. Ranging from stunning two story tree-houses complete with fitted kitchens and en-suites to cosy bohemian bell tents, there is something for everyone. Set in a protected valley with the UK’s cleanest chalk streams. The estate is an eco-friendly paradise, run on over 90% renewable energy.

Additional Notes:

More than just a holiday venue, we have a stunning refurbished barn (accommodating up to 22 guests) and holiday cottages (accommodating up to 17 guests) available to hire, making West Lexham perfect for larger group. The estate sleeps up to 95 guests in total with stunning workshop spaces; perfect for team building, yoga and company retreats. We can help you with event planning or food, so please ask if you have anything special in mind. To set the scene we have employed traditional skills and eco building techniques using natural or reclaimed materials. We have hand-made furniture and filled everywhere with as much artistic flair as possible. We have made an oasis in which to actually live that creative, healthy and empowered future, to bring out the best in everyone.
