With capacity for over 100 attendees and convenient access from London, Cambridge, Norwich, and the Midlands, the location is both practical and inspiring.
We offer far more than a standard dry-hire venue. The natural landscape and tranquil surroundings create an ideal backdrop for restorative team experiences, strategic thinking, and meaningful connection. Enhance your programme with optional activities such as paddleboarding, wild swimming, lawn games, rowing on the lake, or informal networking around the fire pit.

With 4 different venue spaces, we offer a wide choice of space for all sizes of organisations and all for types of events. From the Harvest room, the Village Hall, the Orangery and the Library we have a space for everyone.

The Barn

Designed to inspire focus, connection, and restoration, The Barn offers a refined yet welcoming environment ideal for corporate retreats, leadership offsites, team development sessions, and larger business gatherings. The property features a dedicated studio space alongside separate lounge and dining areas, providing flexibility for workshops, presentations, and informal collaboration.
Directly accessible from the central courtyard, each en-suite bedroom combines contemporary comfort with rustic character, creating a calm and considered setting for your team. The Barn accommodates up to 22 guests, with configurable twin or super-king setups. High-quality linen, towels, and organic bathroom amenities are provided.

The Village Hall

The Village Hall offers an uplifting, versatile environment well-suited to corporate retreats, team gatherings, and collaborative workshops. With a heritage rooted in community and connection, the space brings a sense of character and authenticity to professional offsites.
This flexible, open-plan venue provides an ideal setting for group activities, strategy sessions, and informal team time. The Village Hall includes seven bedrooms in total—five en-suite and two sharing a well-appointed bathroom—making it a practical choice for medium-sized teams. The property is also dog-friendly, should your organisation include support animals or wish to accommodate team members travelling with pets.

The Orangery

The Orangery is an indoor/outdoor event space overlooking the lake. This is your hub for larger events and gatherings, celebrations and networking. The huge beams and landscaped setting of this brand new venue make it a wonderful space for performances and ceremonies. The gentle flow of the water and the birdsong backing track set the scene for unwinding.

Also onsite is additional accommodation in the form of our Tree Houses, Cabins, Cart Shed rooms and in the summer months, Bell Tents. The whole site can accommodate up to 120 guests.
