Try the innovative Chef’s menu in the highly acclaimed restaurant The Dining Room, the One Michelin Starred and 4 AA Rosette Restaurant headed up by Executive Chef Ricki Weston with sustainability at the helm. The zero-waste ethos runs through every corner of the kitchen and grounds, from the honey collected from the hotel’s own bees to vegetables grown in the Kitchen Garden.
Grey’s, 2 AA Rosette, is Whatley’s answer to very sociable casual dining with a sharing plates concept. There ae dishes on the menu that can also be chosen to be a main meal. Grey’s features comfortable banquette-style seating, a lovely neutral colour scheme throughout, feature fireplace and bar.
For corporate guests, we offer an inspiring environment for board & business meetings without the boredom. Discreetly tucked away but easily accessible, a world away from the distractions of a city location and a breath of fresh air for your team.
The Stable Suite is fully self-contained, featuring a main boardroom, three gallery rooms, a cinema room and a pantry stocked with essential refreshments. Twenty-three bedrooms, spa and gym, 12 acres of gardens and three dining options complete the offering.
