Find your inner calm at Aquarias Spa, where soothing treatments, a serene salt room, and a peaceful tepidarium await. Enjoy a private screening of your favorite film in our cinema, complete with a selection of delicious snacks. Wander through our 26 unique garden rooms, retreat to the Bird Hide, or relax by the riverbank—whatever you choose, Whatley Manor promises a truly exceptional experience.

Exclusive use of our property is for wedding celebrations or corporate enquires over 50 guests and encompasses the following –

• 23 luxurious bedrooms and suites accommodating up to 50 guests

• Full English and continental breakfast for all attendees on the morning following

• Access to all hotel lounges and amenities

• Usage of all event spaces, including our 40-seat cinema

• Enjoyment of our beautiful gardens and grounds

• Access to the Aquarias Spa for all guests staying overnight until 1 pm on the day of departure

• Exclusive venue hire from 3 pm on the arrival day until 11 am on the day of departure, with no restrictions on bar operating hours

• Tableware, linen, glassware, and crockery rental

Exclusive Venue Hire Fees:

Monday to Wednesday: £24,000 with a minimum food and beverage expenditure of £16,000 per day, totaling £40,000.

Thursday to Sunday: £35,000 with a minimum food and beverage expenditure of £25,000 per day, totaling £60,000.

Please note that when booking a Saturday, exclusive hire must also include the following Sunday, resulting in a weekend hire fee of £120,000 from Saturday to Monday morning.
