  •  Hidden amongst the bustle of the kitchens, The Wine Vault is where our sommeliers keep their most precious wine and champagne. Opening the door uncovers a treasure trove of 1,000 bottles surrounding a bespoke handcrafted walnut table, where we invite you to join us for private events, wine tastings and canapé receptions with our master sommelier.
  • A wine tasting should be as individual as the wine itself. We’ve tailored our offers to make sure you gain the most from your experience, be that solely wines, with dinner or added to a private event at the Chef’s Table.
