Yes. We regularly source venues for corporate summer parties, staff celebrations, client entertaining, birthdays, anniversaries and other private events. The process is the same: you brief us, we send you a tailored shortlist.

How far in advance should I book a summer party venue?

Popular dates in June and July – especially Thursdays and Fridays – can book up 9–12 months ahead, particularly in London. If you’re flexible on date or location, we can often find strong options closer to the time, but the earlier you start, the more choice you’ll have.

What’s typically included in a summer party package?

Many venues offer all-inclusive packages that combine space hire, food (often BBQ, bowls or buffets), a drinks allowance, basic AV and staffing. Others work on a minimum spend or dry-hire basis – we’ll explain the pricing model for each option so you can compare like-for-like.

What about weather – do venues provide a wet-weather back-up?

Most good summer party venues have an indoor area, covered terrace or marquee option in case of rain. When we propose venues, we’ll highlight what the weather contingency is so you can be confident your event will work whatever the forecast.
