Located in Hammersmith and with the iconic River Thames a stone’s throw away, Novotel London West, a 4-star hotel and convention centre in Hammersmith West London, is known as one of the most flexible venues in London. It offers 40 event spaces catering for up to 4,000 delegates with the possibility of hosting 30+ events simultaneously.  Along with 630 spacious bedrooms, two restaurants and bar, the venue offers an onsite secure car park, six coach bay spaces and in-house IT support. In essence, we provide our clients with a “One Stop Shop” service.

Event space at Novotel London West spans over four floors, interlinked by escalators. With this in mind, the delegate journey is at the forefront ensuring an effortless journey from room to room. The décor of the space allows clients to work with a blank canvas in bringing their vision to reality from a small meeting of 2, to a congress of a 1,000.

The venues MICE footprint covers 5,000 sqm. The modular Champagne Suite is 1,726 sqm in size with a six-metre-high ceiling and a built-in LED lighting system ideal to suit the ambience of any event.  The space can be split into seven soundproofed spaces, accommodating up to 1,400 delegates theatre or 810 cabaret, all in a pillar-less and flexible layout environment. It is self- contained with facilities such as a cloakroom, private bar and access via lift that can accommodate up to three tonnes making the versatility of the space endless.

Our exhibition Hall, the Chablis Suite, is 1,360sqm in size and 30 additional meeting rooms, 21 with natural daylight, support our client’s needs for extra space, ad-hoc meetings and dedicated training space.
