As someone who often acts on behalf of venues promoting themselves to venue finding agents, I have found Function Fixers to be a pleasure to work with. Function Fixers consistently share enquiries which are relevant to the venue and always present enquires in a detailed, succinct brief. Function Fixers always look to do their best for venues with their willingness to consistently write promotional articles highlighting the importance choosing the right venue has on the success of any event.

We've had the pleasure of working with Function Fixers for many years and have always found them to be a trusted and valued partner. Their team takes the time to really understand our venues, our unique experiences, and what makes each space special. They keep themselves up to date with any changes or new offerings, which means the enquiries and event briefs they send are always relevant and well considered. Communication is consistently excellent. The information they provide is accurate, responses are always prompt, and they make the booking process seamless for both our teams and our clients. They work in true partnership with Restaurant Associates, taking a collaborative approach that helps us deliver the best possible experience. What really sets Function Fixers apart is their willingness to share knowledge, industry insight, and expertise. They are proactive, professional, and genuinely invested in achieving successful outcomes for everyone involved. We would highly recommend Function Fixers to anyone looking for a venue-finding partner who is knowledgeable, responsive, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

As a venue we've worked with Function Fixers for a number of years and they've always been a pleasure to work with. The team send well-qualified briefs with all the information we need, which makes it much easier to respond quickly and put together the right proposal for their client. They're also great at keeping in touch throughout the enquiry process. Communication is always friendly and straightforward, and you genuinely feel like they're working with you rather than just sending enquiries out and hoping for the best. From a venue perspective, it's great to work with an agency that understands the importance of building good relationships with its venue partners.
