Birch looks like a hotel but feels like a festival.  With 20 meeting spaces and 55 acres of nature to play in, Birch is your space to do one-of-a-kind company offsites.

Enjoy fireside chats by our BBQs and in the Outdoor Tipi. Try pottery, candle-making, and bread-baking. Or roam the grounds foraging, walking, and talking.
Work in the morning. Create in the afternoon. Play in the evening.

Food and drink:

Robin Gill – who’s worked with the likes of Raymond Blanc, and started foodie-favourite restaurants such as Bermondsey Larder and Darby’s – is in charge of all our food.

Enjoy ingredients grown on-site. Produce made in-house. Open-flame cooking. Tasty treats and daring drinks. For smaller groups, head to The Zebra Riding Club or Valeries. For larger ones, enjoy a 3- course sharing menu suitable for any occasion in our private dining rooms.

I need to find a venue large enough to host a group for Easter Retreat. We was beginning to worry that we would not be able to host it in  England which would have meant taking it to America or Canada. However we where saved by the Bell by Heather from function fixers, she was the groups shining armer in this case. Heather was able to come up with three or four options that was large enough to host the group also flexible to the groups need. Heather was able to do all the stressful part of negotiations with the venues right to the end and all our group did was to agree with the venue on the date the booking payment was needed We are extremely grateful for all that Heather did for us and would recommend Heather to anyone looking for a venue for any occasion so leaving yourselves stress free to enjoy your day. I've been working with Carrie for the past 2-3 months to finalise a venue for a 250pax conference we are hosting next year.  She was exceptional in putting forward appropriate suggestions and even better at managing our changing requests and circumstances.  Nothing was too much trouble.
